Point of Sale  (POS) Transaction Issue

We wish to advise that a system error that has resulted in the delayed posting of past point of sale (POS) transactions on some customer accounts.

These transactions would have appeared in April 2021.

All amounts have been verified as legitimate and we are working to provide affected customers with the details of these past transactions in the shortest possible time.

We further wish to advise that any resulting fees or charges associated with these postings will be reversed.

We also commit to working with any customer who has been negatively affected to prevent any undue hardships.
