Dear Valued Customer;

To facilitate the distribution of our new Scotiacard Platinum Mastercard Debit to our customers, we are extending our operating hours for the month of February by 2 additional hours.  

From February 1 – 25, 2021 we will be operating on extended hours of 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Mondays to Thursdays for all branches (Nassau and Family Islands). Only debit card replacement transactions will be done during these hours.

Please note that for Georgetown, extended hours will end on February 18.

Customers will be asked to present a valid Passport, or a Driver’s License along with a National Insurance card during the visit. Customers will also be expected to provide updated contact information to collect the card.
