As a result of our ongoing system upgrades to improve our services to you, some customers may have experienced challenges using our ABMs over the past few weeks.

While we urgently carry out this process, there may be temporary disruptions in ABM services at some locations.

Please be reminded that you may also use your ABM cards to make payments at several retailers and utilize our alternate channels including Scotia OnLine or the new mobile app to access a wide range of banking services.
