Here’s what you need to open your first account with us:
Your Identification - Minimum of:
- Bahamian Passport OR
- Foreign Passport and 1 item from Category A OR
- Specific Combinations of 2 Items from Categories A, B & C (i.e. A+B or A+C or B+C)
Category A – includes Certificate of Bahamian Citizenship OR Certificate of Naturalization OR Bahamian Driver’s License etc.
Category B – includes an Original/Official Birth Certificate issued by the Bahamas Government etc.
Category C – includes Government ID Card etc.

Two (2) Forms of Contact Information to be verified
- Address, Phone, Email
Your Proof of Income / Source of Funds / Source of wealth may be required
If You’re A Foreign Client, in addition to the above:
- Your Tax Identification Information.
NB: If you’re seeking to transact business in other currencies, you may need Foreign Exchange control approvals.
If you are adding joint parties or signatories:
Be sure to walk with their documentation as above

Complete and sign all documentation
Collect and pin your card
