We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information; in addition we have adopted and implemented safety and security practices to ensure that your information remains confidential.
We have adopted and implemented disciplinary procedures to deal with employees for breach of their duty to protect the security and confidentiality of your records.
III. Sharing the Information
While conducting our business, we may, with your consent, share your information in the provision of the services you require from us.
We will not disclose specific account information or other personal information except as permitted by law.
Therefore, we will share your information only if:
- You consent to it
- We are required to do so by law
- The disclosure is necessary to protect the interest of the Bank
- The disclosure is necessary to protect the interest of the public
