Here's how it works:
If there is a suspicious transaction or an attempt change to your digital banking account information, you will receive a message with specific details, asking you to verify these activities. This message will come from a verified Scotiabank WhatsApp account.
Reply YES if you conducted the transaction.
Reply NO if you do not recognize the transaction.
NOTE: If you select NO, your card will be blocked.
Clients will have 4 hours to respond to the message. If you do not respond to the message within 4 hours and you need to verify your transaction, please call our Client Experience Centre immediately.
