Real Property Tax

Dear Scotiabank Customers:

Scotiabank wishes to remind you of the obligation to pay Real Property Tax annually as required by Law and your mortgage agreement for real estate secured loans. Real Property Taxes are payable within 60 days of the assessment date and can attract a 5% statutory surcharge.­ Eligible senior citizens are entitled to receive a 50% reduction on their real property taxes.
